About the Job

Brass International is a leading provider of outsourced solutions for Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brands. As a Production Planning Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer demands and minimize costs.
  • Analyze production capacity and resource allocation to optimize efficiency across all manufacturing lines.
  • Collaborate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials for production.
  • Monitor production processes to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, production outputs, and supply chain performance metrics.
  • Participate in regular meetings with cross-functional teams to communicate production status and address challenges.
  • Utilize ERP systems effectively for planning purposes and suggest improvements where applicable.
  • Prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production planning and inventory management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning or supply chain management within the CPG industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficient in using ERP systems; experience with specific software is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment while also being able to work independently.
