Aftermarket Dispatch Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Aftermarket Dispatch Coordinator to join our team at Factory Cleaning Equipment by Jon-Don LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the dispatch of equipment, managing routes, and ensuring timely services are rendered to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the dispatch of equipment to ensure efficient and timely delivery to customers
- Manage routes and schedules to optimize productivity and reduce costs
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on equipment status and resolve any issues
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of services
- Monitor and analyze dispatch data to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in dispatch or logistics operations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software
