Job Description

As a Commercial Flooring Sales Specialist at Scott Rice, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. We are looking for an experienced sales professional who can develop and meet sales goals while finding new accounts through our relationship-based strategic sales philosophy.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and meet sales goals while finding new accounts through our relationship-based strategic sales philosophy.
  • Participate in networking, marketing, training, and growth opportunities as they become available.
  • Meet with clients, develop and maintain client relationships, evaluate client needs and expectations, and present appropriate flooring solutions.
  • Work hand-in-hand with project management teams, including pre-installation meetings, job-site visits, and weekly internal job meetings.
  • Evaluate job GP, forecasting upcoming work to reach annual sales goals, and understand and support key vendor relationships.

Requirements:

You should have a background in the Architecture & Design Industry, with prior sales experience. While specific flooring knowledge is not required, interior design education or construction experience is a plus.
