Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex automation and engineering projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Manage and develop a team of engineers and automation specialists, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their growth and success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within our organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
  • 10-12 years of experience in automation and engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in a lead or management role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with experience in financial management and budgeting.
  • Intermediate or above level in Microsoft Office programs.
