We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team at Medtronic. As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing technical, educational, and operational support to our customers in the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) field.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving issues with CRM medical device systems.
- Support implants of CRM products and provide on-call support as needed.
- Assist with educating and training physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on CRM products and solutions.
- Partner with Sales Representatives and District Managers to learn market dynamics and customer needs.
- Identify customer needs and opportunities and provide feedback to support sales objectives.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, plus a minimum of 8 years of work experience in an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales or service in a cardiac device company.
- Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with peers and colleagues.
- Strong work ethic and ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements.
