We are currently seeking a Pest Management Specialist - Additional Services in your region. Our Additional Service Specialists are tasked with delivering exceptional customer service while executing a variety of additional services, including termite control, mosquito management, insulation installation, exclusion services, German cockroach, rodent and wildlife removal, as well as flea, tick, and bed bug treatments.

Key Responsibilities:
What will you be doing in this role?

While we cannot list every task, here is an overview of our expectations:

Additional Service Specialists are responsible for implementing our supplementary services, which include, but are not limited to:

- Implementing exclusion techniques and manual solutions for rodent control in both residential and commercial properties.

- Providing remediation services in crawl spaces and attics to enhance rodent control and thermal efficiency.

- Carrying out all tasks while adhering to safety protocols and utilizing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

- Collaborating with inspectors to devise optimal solutions for clients, ensuring a high standard of living.

- Effectively and safely operating tools and equipment, while maintaining them in good working order.

- Completing all work with the utmost respect for each client and their property.

- Engaging with clients face-to-face to articulate service features and benefits.

- Following scheduled routes, maintaining communication with office staff and managers, and keeping organized service records.

- Regularly operating and maintaining a company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with company policies.

- Managing inventory and equipment by reporting for restocks and checking equipment in and out.

- Committing to safety in all job aspects, including driving, service delivery, and training; participating in on-site meetings and training sessions.

- Availability to work Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays and holidays as needed.

- Must obtain and maintain state-required training and licensing (provided).

- Have experience and comfort working in attics, crawl spaces, and on roofs.

- Are OSHA certified in ladder safety.

- Possess a working knowledge of construction principles.

- Have basic handyman skills and experience with ladders and power tools.

- Have experience in insulation installation and removal.

- Hold a pest control license and/or have experience in the pest control industry.
