Job Title: Medical Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at QTC Management, Inc. in Malvern, PA. As a Medical Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of medical records and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and audit medical records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or errors in medical records and reports.
  • Collaborate with medical providers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns related to medical records and reports.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of medical records and reports.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in medical quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with electronic medical records and medical databases.
  • Knowledge of medical coding and billing procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
