About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Benco Dental. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and Benco teammates
  • Travel regularly to meet with customers, vendors, and Benco teammates to build relationships and drive sales growth
  • Stay up-to-date on dental industry trends, market dynamics, and product and service offerings
  • Utilize technology and data tools to effectively manage sales calls, opportunities, and customer relationships
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience
  • Possess a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to travel in assigned territory daily, as required for customers, vendors, and Benco teammates, business and group meetings, and Customer Experience Trips as well as limited overnight travel
