Tax Proposal Operations Manager

KPMG is seeking a highly skilled Tax Proposal Operations Manager to join our Global Mobility Services practice within our Tax organization.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the tax proposal operations team leader and service line/practice leadership to create, maintain, and update proposal templates.
- Provide guidance on service line/practice-specific resources available for the pursuit process, including proposal strategy, writing, design, and orals coaching support.
- Engage in strategic proposals for global mobility and drive the execution of the pursuit process, including managing the pursuit workplan, drafting the proposal outline, and pulling together proposal content for team review.
- Lead initial discussions with the team on the value proposition to be covered in proposal documents and at oral presentations, including key win themes and differentiators.
- Contribute to the development of compelling executive summaries and other sections to persuade potential clients to choose KPMG.
- Attend proposal team calls and pursuit debrief calls, and assist with drafting orals maps and providing feedback on orals collateral.
- Minimum five years of recent proposal management, knowledge management, and/or marketing/writing/communications experience, with some supervisory experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, English, journalism, or a relevant field from an accredited college or university.
- Global mobility experience is preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Some travel may be required to attend internal meetings and trainings.
