Job Summary

GoodNight Stay, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Resource Allocation Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a strong background in resource allocation and logistics management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, with experience in coordinating third-party scheduling and vendor arrangements. They will be responsible for ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely execution of tasks, as well as supervising and leading a team to achieve collective goals.

This role requires a strong organizational and time management ability, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and deliverables. The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing project needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate third-party scheduling and vendor arrangements.
  • Supervise and lead a team.
  • Manage scheduling and coordination across multiple platforms of communication.
  • Track inventory levels and monitor supply chain logistics.

Salary Range:$75,000 - $90,000 per annum.
