Automation Integration Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Automation Integration Specialist to join our team at JR Automation, A Hitachi Group Company. This role offers the opportunity to lead cross-functional project teams and drive automation solutions from concept to delivery.

About the Role:

In this critical leadership position, you will oversee the integration of complex automated equipment and systems for various industries. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring seamless collaboration with engineering, operations, and customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation, mechanical aptitude, and excellent communication skills. As a respected leader, you will mentor junior team members, foster a culture of safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design, develop, and deploy custom automation solutions.
  • Liaise with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Maintain accurate records, including project schedules, costs, and resource allocations.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and productivity across the organization.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

Education:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent certification is required.
  • Related vocational education or experience in automation is preferred.

Experience:
  • No less than 5 years of experience in leading and coordinating the assembly, de-bug, and installation of automated equipment.

Skills:
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to train and mentor junior team members.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to navigate software applications relevant to the role.

What We Offer:

This exciting opportunity comes with an estimated annual salary range of $85,000 - $110,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
