Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team at The Learning Experience #400 in Staten Island-St. George. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing high-quality early education to children. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting pre-opening operations and ensuring a smooth launch of our new center.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
  • The successful candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing the center for its grand opening, ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are in place.
  • Serve as the Educational Center Director Designee, handling administrative tasks such as record-keeping and staff support.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective families, leading tours and answering their questions about enrollment.
  • Generate and follow up on enrollment leads, including outreach calls to potential families.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • At least 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred (minimum of 6 months required).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to create meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
