Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Attend to the needs of club patrons in the bar area, providing a high level of service while working under pressure.
  2. Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to bar patrons, utilizing drink measures and proper pours.
  3. Inventory Management: Maintain the stock in the bar and the cleanliness of the area, arranging bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner.
  4. Food and Beverage Service: Take food orders, record food orders into the register system, and deliver orders to bar patrons.
  5. Point of Sale Operations: Collect guest payment, process credit card charges, and make change (if applicable).
  6. Equipment Maintenance: Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment per company guidelines and health department requirements.
  7. Communication: Communicate low stock items to the food and beverage manager as appropriate.
  8. Adherence to Company Policies: Follow company procedures and policies, including Responsible Alcohol and Tobacco Service training and adherence to the Responsible Alcohol and Tobacco Service policy.
Requirements
  1. Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age.
  2. Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  3. Experience: Previous experience in food service/bartending preferred.
  4. Training and Certification: Responsible Alcohol and Tobacco training and/or certificate required.
