Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist servers in attending to the needs of club patrons in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Prepare tables for arriving patrons by setting up tableware, linens, and condiments.
  • Clear tables and maintain the general cleanliness of the dining area.
  • Deliver food and beverages to patrons when servers are busy.
  • Ensure the server station and bar are stocked and clean.
  • Prepare and refill water and other non-alcoholic beverages for club patrons.
  • Assist servers with processing payments as needed.
  • Remove trash and sanitize menus.
  • Set up tables, chairs, and serving stations for events or dinner service.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Requirements:
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Good oral communication skills.
  • Ability to compute simple math and count change accurately.
  • Able to obtain a food handler's permit or certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in food service.
  • Certified Food Handler (rserving.com or local certification).
Physical Requirements:
  • Seeing and hearing: read documents, computer screen, answer phones, communicate in person.
  • Standing and walking: 50-75% of the time.
  • Climbing, stooping, squatting, and kneeling: 0-24% of the time.
  • Dexterity: utilizing phone, typing, writing, and driving: 0-25% of the time.
  • Lift in excess of 25 pounds: 0-24% of the time.
