B2B Customer Service Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Customer Care Representative to join our team at Search Solution Group. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic approaches to improve and boost the Spare Parts Business, including the management of inventory and related activities.
Maintain close relationships and ongoing contact with existing customers to understand market needs, identify new business opportunities, and establish long-term partnerships.
Create a strong network of local and international suppliers, prioritizing vendors based on their performance and establishing workflow preferences to benefit Spare Parts activities.
Work closely with the local team to seek and provide support related to Spare Parts, analyzing and understanding customer buying behavior to optimize inventory and maximize selling opportunities.
Monitor the local marketplace to identify price levels, competitor activities, suppliers, and new opportunities, implementing periodic reporting tools to show progress status and highlighting recommended changes in strategy and approach.
Establish a new shipment process and closely monitor all shipment activities, seeking partners able to deliver according to expectations and with cost-effective solutions.
Manage customer comments, complaints, and suggestions as opportunities for improvement and future business.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, as well as experience in a similar role.
