Overview: The Quality Control Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that all incoming and outgoing shipments of products and materials adhere to established quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough inspections of all incoming products to verify compliance with specifications, performing both visual assessments and measurement tests. Any discrepancies should be reported to the Warehouse Manager for the necessary actions regarding product rejection and return.

2. Carry out weekly evaluations of products stored in the warehouse.

3. Execute weighing and labeling processes for all inspected shipments to accurately reflect product specifications and supplier details.

4. Maintain comprehensive documentation of inspection outcomes by completing necessary reports and logs.

5. Keep accurate records of classification results through detailed reporting.

6. Implement daily cleaning and sanitizing protocols at each station before and after shifts, adhering to established cleaning and sanitizing procedures.

7. Document and maintain records for each cleaning and sanitizing activity.

8. Perform routine quality control inspections on finished products and communicate findings to the Warehouse Manager.

9. Update and document results from periodic inspections through systematic reporting.

10. Ensure a safe working environment by following established standards and legal regulations.



Physical Requirements:

1. Ability to stand for extended periods.

2. May involve repetitive motions.

3. Capability to reach above shoulder height or below waist level and lift as necessary for filing or storing materials throughout the workday.

4. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds while employing proper lifting techniques.

5. Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling of boxes may be required.

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, candidates must demonstrate the ability to fulfill each essential duty effectively. The following qualifications are essential:

1. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and methodologies.

2. Strong attention to detail.

3. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment, demonstrating patience and flexibility.

4. Excellent communication and active listening skills.

5. Sound judgment.

6. Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.



Compensation: $16-16 Hourly Wage
