About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Administrator II to join our team at PREMIER Bankcard. As a key member of our software development function, you will be responsible for the administration of our computerized databases, including design, control, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain databases to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Analyze information requirements and develop specifications for database construction and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement database access and configuration policies.
  • Resolve database performance and capacity issues.
  • Perform database recovery and backup procedures.
  • Develop and maintain data schema and documentation for internal databases and tables.
  • Collaborate with software development management to complete internal projects.
  • Provide problem management support and make decisions to resolve issues with minimal impact to users.
Requirements
  • Strong development skills in SSIS, Fivetran, and Coalesce.
  • Experience with SQL, Windows PowerShell Scripting, Microsoft Visual Studio, VB scripting, and VMWare Virtual Environment.
  • Proficiency in the English language.
  • 1-2 years of related experience in a software development environment.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
