Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Administrative Coordinator to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing communications, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries via phone and email.
  • Enhance existing office procedures for improved efficiency.
  • Procure necessary office supplies and materials.
  • Organize travel arrangements and appointments for team members as required.

Compensation:
$40-50K annually

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Support In-House Agents with:
    • Converting inbound sales inquiries into scheduled appointments.
    • Transforming outbound sales leads into appointments.
    • Maintaining database and productivity tracking.
    • Engaging in ongoing skill development through training and practice.
    • Becoming knowledgeable about local real estate markets.
    • Tracking client interactions and activities.
    • Meeting clients both in the office and on-site.
    • Facilitating the selection process with clients.
    • Assisting management with various projects as required.
  • Additional Duties:
    • Coordinate company events, necessary appointments, and travel logistics.
    • Develop and implement data entry procedures to enhance workflow and productivity.
    • Act as a primary contact for clients, ensuring timely responses.
    • Work on creating marketing initiatives and planning events to enhance company visibility and reputation.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in standard computer applications and quick to learn new software.
  • Exhibits strong interpersonal skills and excellent written communication.
  • Demonstrates a history of being organized and meeting deadlines.
  • Previous experience in office management or related fields is advantageous.
  • A background in Real Estate is preferred but not essential.
