Job Description

The GOAL Family of Companies is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative II to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Loan Servicing: Manage customer loan accounts, including processing payments, updating account information, and providing loan updates.
  • Communication: Communicate with customers via phone, email, and mail to provide loan updates, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as document tracking and recording, payment tracking and recording, and ad-hoc projects as needed.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Fluent English and Spanish language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Experience: 2+ years of call center customer service experience, with a focus on consumer finance or student loan servicing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with experience in CRM database management.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Leadership Skills: Eagerness to learn and grow leadership skills, with a drive to succeed and a passion for customer service.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a team to achieve common goals.
