At The Jed Foundation, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Grant Management to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of grant obligations, ensuring proper timelines, resource allocation, collection of data, financial reconciliation, and reporting on progress and results for grant-funded programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a portfolio of current grant programs, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and effective resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to secure financial support from private, corporate, and government funding sources.
  • Collaborate with project leads to translate project deliverables and timelines into project management tools, ensuring continuous updates.
  • Provide guidance and support to project directors and staff on grant implementation and management, including internal processes and procedures.
  • Track and reconcile budgeting and resource allocation for each grant, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and grant requirements.
  • Collect, organize, and present relevant data and reporting for each grant, monitoring and responding to grant reporting deadlines as needed.
  • Prepare interim and final grant report narratives and budget, monitoring and evaluating program achievement against target goals.
  • Support senior leadership in preparing for funder meetings, providing project status reports as requested.
  • Collaborate with the Program and Finance teams in developing new grant proposals, ensuring accuracy of proposed resource allocations.
Requirements:
  • Four-year degree in a related field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.
  • Seven+ years of grant management experience, including report writing.
  • Five+ years of experience managing budgets.
  • Expertise in project management of organization-wide programs.
  • Strong communication and computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
  • Experience with SalesForce preferred.
