Your Role:
As a Multi-Unit Wireless Operations Leader, you will be the primary contact at the store level. You will oversee 2-3 Walmart Wireless Locations and motivate a team of exceptional Mobile Experts. Your objective: exceed sales targets while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Recruiting and building a high-performing sales team
  • Exhibiting operational excellence by managing your locations effectively and enhancing profitability
  • Coaching and fostering a collaborative team environment with a passion for sales
  • Engaging in hands-on selling alongside your team daily

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in retail management

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends
  • Possession of a vehicle and readiness to travel frequently to monitor store operations
