Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled High Reach Operator to join our team at Impact Workforce Solutions. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for inventory management, put away and distribution to production cells for assembly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate high reach and sit-down forklifts to move inventory throughout the warehouse
  • Locate and transact items in the warehouse using our current business system
  • Maintain warehouse organization by keeping aisles clear of debris and putting material away
  • Assist with warehouse maintenance, including making spaces for incoming freight with material handling equipment
  • Ensure inventory accuracy by cycle counting, adjusting quantities when necessary, and conducting root cause analysis
Requirements
  • Previous experience operating high reach and sit-down forklifts (Raymond or Crown equipment preferred)
  • Basic computer experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; one plus years of controlled stockroom/warehouse experience preferred
Working Conditions

This position requires standing and bending over for 95% of the shift. You will work in a stockroom setting with material handling equipment in use and limited exposure to environmental conditions.
