Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to lead our entry into the U.S. market. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing company and shape the future of our business in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the U.S. market to generate revenue and drive company growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through targeted lead generation and strategic outreach.
  • Pitch and present our services to prospective clients, both remotely and in-person.
  • Collaborate with the team in Mexico to align on sales strategies, marketing efforts, and pipeline management.
  • Contribute to the development of new strategies to effectively penetrate the U.S. market.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, specifically in the Contact Center & BPO industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and present professionally.
  • Bilingual or verbally conversational in Spanish and English.
  • Proficiency in sales management tools such as Salesforce, Apollo, HubSpot, and Sales Navigator.
  • Ability to work independently without micromanagement, driven by results and a strong sense of integrity.
  • Ability to travel frequently, both within the U.S. and to Mexico.
