Job Title: Residential Substance Abuse Specialist

National Capital Treatment & Recovery, a renowned substance abuse treatment facility in Arlington, VA, seeks an experienced part-time Weekend Overnight Residential Substance Abuse Specialist to join our Coed Adult Withdrawal Management/Early Recovery Residential program.

We are looking for a dedicated professional to work with individuals struggling with addiction and provide them with the support they need to overcome their struggles.

About Us: National Capital Treatment & Recovery is a leading provider of substance abuse treatment services. Our team of experts is committed to delivering high-quality care to individuals suffering from addiction.

Responsibilities:
  • To work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary treatment team to provide comprehensive care to residents.
  • To develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident.
  • To conduct regular assessments and progress reviews to ensure residents receive optimal care.


Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience working in the field of substance abuse treatment.
  • A degree in a relevant field such as psychology, social work, or counseling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
