Job Description

The Bilingual Customer Support Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support to customers in both English and Spanish. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer support and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Provide training and support to new team members.
