We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Consumer Service Operations Representative to join our team at CenterWell Home Health. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our members, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide bilingual customer service to members via phone, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist members with determining their eligibility for state and federal programs that can improve their wellbeing.
  • Collect and input personal and financial information required to complete state applications on behalf of the member.
  • Update various systems with accurate and timely information, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Identify and connect members with additional resources to promote healthy living, such as food insecurity assistance and medication cost reduction programs.
Requirements
  • 3 years of customer service experience, including typing/data entry.
  • Must be fully bilingual in English/Spanish and pass a test for both languages - Speaking/Reading/Writing included.
  • Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
  • Aptitude for quickly learning and navigating new technology, systems, and applications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook and Word.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree.
  • Previous healthcare experience.
  • Previous inbound and/or outbound call center experience.

  • A competitive salary range of $37,200 - $51,200 per year.
