Financial Planning and Analysis Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Consultant to join our Treasury team at MassMutual. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing capital management initiatives that drive business growth and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models and analytics to inform strategic decision-making
  • Provide period-over-period capital variance analysis and identify key drivers
  • Improve attribution analysis to provide insight into capital trends and inform capital planning strategy
  • Identify and evaluate capital spend for business and strategic opportunities
  • Participate in industry-wide advocacy efforts on upcoming regulatory changes
  • Represent MassMutual in discussions with regulators and industry groups

Requirements

  • BS in accounting, finance, business, actuarial science, or a related field
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance roles, including capital management, planning & analysis, enterprise risk management, etc.
