Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of payroll and billing, including analyzing transactions, preparing invoices, and reconciling financial transactions.
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable/Payable, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements.
  • Perform general office clerk duties, run errands, and manage the office supply inventory.
  • Schedule meetings, manage the office calendar, and maintain common office areas.

Salary Range

$20-$25 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
