Key Responsibilities
  • Manage CRM systems to facilitate customer communication
  • Respond to incoming Service Department inquiries daily, utilizing a structured script to schedule service appointments
  • Collaborate with BDC, Service & Parts Managers, and Service Advisors to foster strong customer relationships
  • Stay informed about the latest service offerings and pricing
  • Proactively generate appointments and quotes through outbound prospecting and lead management
  • Address all incoming internet leads and phone inquiries
  • Respond to email inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Engage with customers via phone regularly, similar to a call center environment
  • Monitor email frequently and reply to inquiries without delay
