Overnight Hotel Auditor

The Town Pump Hotel Group is seeking a dedicated and personable Hotel Night Auditor who embodies our mission of "Genuine Hospitality from genuine people committed to providing comfort and service." As a Hotel Night Auditor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting final reviews of room charges and transactions prior to auditing, generating necessary audit reports and documentation as per established procedures, and verifying the accuracy of audit reports.
• Preparing summaries for credit card transactions and ensuring approvals, compiling and reconciling all reports required by management, and posting revenues from rooms, taxes, and other charges.
• Managing guest check-ins and check-outs, processing payments and charges as needed, efficiently handling the hotel switchboard, and providing additional guest services, which may encompass transportation arrangements, minor repairs, and room service.
• Addressing guest inquiries and complaints, acting as a resource for hotel guests, performing various clerical and administrative tasks, and conducting security checks and patrols as necessary.
• Ensuring daily reservation checks are executed to prevent revenue loss from unsold rooms and to avoid overbooking, as well as preparing coffee and breakfast options for guests when applicable.
• Being well-versed in all emergency protocols related to incidents such as accidents, fires, and health emergencies, possessing comprehensive knowledge of the hotel's layout, ensuring accurate tracking of guest rooms, and relaying important information to colleagues and management.
• Completing additional tasks as assigned by the Front Desk Supervisor, Assistant Hotel Manager, or Hotel Manager.
