Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead architectural design projects from conception through completion. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead architectural design projects, overseeing planning, development, and execution of design solutions.
  • Manage all stages of the architectural design process, including initial concept design, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships, presenting design concepts, and ensuring client needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) or Master of Architecture (MArch) degree.
  • 6-8 years of experience in architectural design, project management, and leadership.
  • Experience in public safety design is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, communication, and managerial skills.
  • Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office.

Salary: $85,000-$136,000 based on education and experience.
