We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Operations Director to join our team at Western Construction Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and delivering high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5+ years' experience in construction operations
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing construction projects, including resource allocation, scheduling, and cost control
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Project
  • Experience with PROCORE software or equivalent
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year
