Job Title: Guest Service Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team at Integral Hospitality. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register and check-in guests, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of room assignments and key cards.

  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining a high level of organization and productivity.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a positive guest experience.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, and be available to work with little notice.

  • Knowledge of the hotel industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
