**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Integral Hospitality. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and Registering Guests: Welcome and register guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring all necessary information is collected and processed efficiently.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, handling all phases of the guests' stay, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Time Management and Organization: Utilize strong time management and organizational skills to maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Communicate effectively with team members, guests, and other departments, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

  • Hotel Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
  • Excellent Communication and Guest Service Skills: Possess excellent communication, guest service, and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills: Demonstrate attention to detail and great organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the role.
  • Knowledge of the Hotel Industry: Possess a working knowledge of the hotel industry, including hotel operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Team Player and Self-Starter: Be a team player and self-starter, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
