Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our production team as a Miller/Blender. In this role, you will be responsible for operating mills, blenders, and other equipment to process materials in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process materials to meet daily production schedules while maintaining quality standards.
  • Conduct regular checks on equipment and materials to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Take product samples for testing and provide accurate records.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Intermediate mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Strong understanding of quality control procedures and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to lift up to 110 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to learn and operate various equipment, including mills, blenders, and material-handling equipment.
Working Environment

This position is located in a manufacturing plant environment, where you will work around moving mechanical parts, be exposed to airborne particles, and work with toxic chemicals.
