  • Adhere to hospital policies regarding point-of-service cash collection, including balancing, batching, and depositing.
  • Review and rectify error reports provided, ensuring all corrections are made prior to the end of your shift.
  • Handle all incoming departmental calls and appropriately distribute them as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications Required:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient computer skills and typing ability.
  • Strong customer service aptitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a patient access role within a healthcare setting.
  • Familiarity with third-party insurance processes and medical terminology.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.

Flexible scheduling options are available, along with additional pay differentials for evening and weekend shifts.
