Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to CBSI staff, including data entry, filing, copying, and scanning.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare documents and reports to support the collection team.
  • Collect, review, and analyze data to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to provide customer service and sales support.
  • Perform skip tracing to locate consumers on collection accounts.
Requirements
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • High school diploma; a college degree is preferred but not required.
  • Strong telephone and customer relations skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
