  • Manage leadership and talent initiatives to build a strong talent bench and drive succession planning.
  • Champion Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging initiatives and lead change management projects to drive cultural transformation.
  • Project manage strategic talent management initiatives to ensure timely delivery and effective outcomes.
  • Establish metrics to measure program effectiveness and make recommendations for process improvements.

  • Administer financial processes related to talent management programs, including budgeting and contract management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent management, organization development, and change management.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with virtual teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with talent management systems, platforms, and HRIS platforms.
