Job Description
As a Digital Systems Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and adoption of digital platforms across the business.
We are seeking a proactive individual who can help us continually improve and enhance our platforms by collaborating with colleagues to define system requirements and implement best practice solutions.
Our user experience is of utmost importance, so the ideal candidate should enjoy all aspects of user management, including support, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction as a top priority.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to system user satisfaction by promptly responding to inquiries from stakeholders.
- All aspects of user and license management, including new user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups for various platforms.
- User support tickets and issue resolution.
- Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders.
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
- Monitor user adoption.
- User training and creating training materials.
- Data and system validation to ensure seamless enhancement releases.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- 6 months of Salesforce experience.
- 2+ years of experience with inside sales, sales support, technical support, training, or a sales analyst role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator.
- User experience with JD Edwards, PowerBI, and other Microsoft Applications.
- Excellent time management, analytical, detail-oriented, and communication skills.
- Some knowledge of the transportation industry.
- Ability to communicate and resolve problems effectively.
- A proactive attitude to platform enhancements.
- A desire to implement best practice digital solutions.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Gathering requirements and proposing technical solutions.
- Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes to include the following: Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
