Customer Success Strategist

We're Widger Talent LLC, a leading SaaS company revolutionizing the real estate industry. Our mission is to improve business performance by automating and streamlining operations for individuals and teams.
We're seeking a seasoned VP of Customer Success to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for leading our Customer Success Team and driving revenue growth through customer success.
Responsibilities:
- Budgeting and forecasting to meet sales targets and grow revenue.
- Building and maintaining relationships with senior customer sponsors.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to remove barriers to customer and team success.
- Cultivating a positive, productive work environment that fosters employee engagement and retention.
- Developing and executing a comprehensive customer strategy that drives high-value realization, retention, and growth.
Requirements:
- $130,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
- A minimum of 10 years of B2B SaaS Customer Success experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on building high-performance remote culture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
