Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned VP of Customer Success to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for leading our Customer Success Team and driving revenue growth through customer success.

Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting and forecasting to meet sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with senior customer sponsors.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to remove barriers to customer and team success.
  • Cultivating a positive, productive work environment that fosters employee engagement and retention.
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive customer strategy that drives high-value realization, retention, and growth.

Requirements:

  • $130,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • A minimum of 10 years of B2B SaaS Customer Success experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on building high-performance remote culture.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
