Director, Learning and Development

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our learning and development initiatives. As Director, Learning and Development, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that drive business results and support the growth of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies that align with business objectives
  • Design and deliver training programs for various audiences, including employees, managers, and executives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and develop solutions
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes
  • Supervise and mentor learning and development staff to ensure high-quality delivery of training programs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, instructional design, or organizational development
  • 7+ years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on adult learning and training
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs that drive business results
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to supervise and mentor staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $105,000 - $115,000
