Job Summary

Cedar Park Group is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a long-term care facility setting. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Direct Patient Care: Administer nursing care to patients, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care.
  • Record Patient Information: Accurately document patient medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes in our electronic health record system.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with physicians, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
