Key Responsibilities

    • Provide individualized support services to meet the unique needs of each family or individual.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation of service delivery.
    • Collaborate with community resources and agencies to ensure seamless support for our clients.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Associate's degree required; experience in human services or related field preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Able to work effectively as part of a team and maintain confidentiality.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
