We provide education, information, advocacy, support, and transition services to people with disabilities and underserved youth.
Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Healthcare Training Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a registered nurse license and minimum three years of experience in consumer directed care. Key responsibilities include developing and conducting trainings for ACEs, collaborating with department directors to determine training needs, and coordinating onboarding activities with Human Resource staff. The successful candidate will also provide timely, practical education on the physical and emotional aspects of providing long-term care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Registered Nurse with current New Hampshire license, minimum three years of experience in consumer directed care, ability to provide training to a variety of individuals, and exceptional judgment and creativity.
