Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in Chesapeake, Virginia. As a clinician with Thriveworks, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to clients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date on best practices
Requirements
  • Must be fully and independently licensed as a LCSW in Virginia
  • Must be living in the state in which they will be practicing
  • Must be able to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week
