About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Field Service Engineer to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their instruments are functioning optimally and resolving any technical issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit customer sites to perform routine maintenance and repairs on our instruments
  • Collaborate with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and advancements in our field to provide the best possible service
  • Work closely with our internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve our service offerings
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Flexibility to travel to customer sites as needed
