Position Summary
Ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests on amusement attractions. Candidates must exhibit courtesy, attentiveness, and patience, especially with younger visitors.
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 17 years old, in accordance with company policy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Keep the ride area tidy, organized, and presentable.
- Adhere to all operational policies and procedures while managing the rides.
- Maintain vigilance regarding safety protocols during ride operation.
- Manage ticket collection and assist guests in boarding securely, ensuring all safety restraints are properly fastened.
- Monitor the ride and guests attentively while in operation.
- Assist guests in disembarking once the ride has fully stopped.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum age of 17 years; no prior experience is necessary, making this an excellent opportunity to enhance your resume.
- Complete a two-week training program and successfully pass the written assessment; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Availability to work weekends is essential.
- Must demonstrate patience and understanding when interacting with children.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Bilingual abilities are advantageous, but not mandatory.
- Capability to comprehend and follow instructions effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills and meticulous attention to detail are necessary.
- Physical stamina is required, including the ability to stand for extended periods, walk significant distances, bend, stoop, and lift items weighing up to 35 pounds. Must be able to work in varying weather conditions.
