About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Relations Specialist to join our team at Peachtree Packaging & Display. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for communicating with customers, estimating and entering orders, and performing a variety of additional activities to facilitate excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Order Management: Take customer orders, place and modify orders on a timely basis, and coordinate with production staff to achieve on-time customer deliveries.
  • Account Management: Process purchase orders, coordinate account credits, and maintain accurate customer data.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales representatives, production staff, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient order processing.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain an organized and presentable work area, and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-5 years of customer relations experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and intermediate PC skills with knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
