Job Summary

RM Management and Operations LLC is seeking a skilled Lift Operator to join our team. As a Lift Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all on-mountain lifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate all lifts in a safe and efficient manner
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
  • Perform daily maintenance and upkeep of lift terminal buildings
  • Set up and tear down lift corridors
  • Check tickets and ensure accurate revenue collection
  • Monitor and maintain loading and unloading areas
  • Load and unload chairs and carpet
  • Provide exceptional customer service and interact positively with guests and staff
  • Assist with other projects and duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to work in adverse outdoor environments
  • Ability to learn and operate lift controls
  • Ability to focus on lift operation while on duty
Working Conditions

This is a physically demanding role that requires working in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to the elements. The successful candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, weekends, and long hours as necessary.
