Job Summary

Lift Operators at RM Management and Operations LLC are responsible for the safe operation of all on-mountain lifts. This role requires a strong focus on job safety and the use of personal protective equipment. As a front-line employee, Lift Operators interact with guests daily and play a critical role in shaping the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily operation of all lifts
• Operation of all lift systems
• Maintenance of lift terminal buildings and surrounding areas
• Ticket checking and ensuring safety regulations are followed
• Snow removal and upkeep of loading and unloading areas
• Positive interaction with guests and staff

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Safety-focused and positive attitude towards guest and staff interaction
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Willingness to work in adverse outdoor environments throughout the year
• Ability to learn lift controls and operation
